This Civil War regulation cup is the oversized variety, measuring 4 ¼” x 6 ¼ 4”.  The handle bears a unit designation “U.S. / 14th”. The cup was purchased from the Horse Soldier and is accompanied by their research on the 14th and the sutlers of the regiment. Tiny period repair on the bottom of the cup.
